UFOs and Psychics: What's the Connection?

What is the connection between UFOs and psychics? Why is it that when someone sees an unidentified flying object in the sky and no one can explain what it is that psychics are consulted? How can a psychic possibly know what a UFO is unless he is receiving information from somewhere?

The bible is very clear psychics are deceivers and to be avoided completely. Deuteronomy 18:9-14 9 When thou art come into the land which Jehovah thy God giveth thee, thou shalt not learn to do after the abominations of those nations. 10 There shall not be found with thee any one that maketh his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, one that useth divination, one that practiseth augury, or an enchanter, or a sorcerer, 11 or a charmer, or a consulter with a familiar spirit, or a wizard, or a necromancer. 12For whosoever doeth these things is an abomination unto Jehovah: because of these abominations Jehovah thy God doth drive them out from before thee. 13 Thou shalt be perfect with Jehovah thy God. 14 For these nations, that thou shalt dispossess, hearken unto them that practise augury, and unto diviners; but as for thee, Jehovah thy God hath not suffered thee so to do.

Augury is the act of prophesying and soothsaying and it is not from God, but from deceptive spirit beings. Notice the lie that the psychic Sollog gives for the reason of the UFO that supposedly buzzed the twin towers: The occupants of the UFO have come back through time to warn us that if we attack Iraq in retaliation, it will set off a chain of events which will end in WWIII. Here is what the psychic Sollog proclaims from this page according to Real UFOs.com. (Note: this site no longer exists but did at that time I wrote this article.) He says it was humans from a horrific FUTURE trying to give us a message about 911! A message about DON'T START WORLD WAR III over 911! If the USA attacks Iraq, then NUKE TERRORISM will be used on the West and the future will be a horrific nuclear war within a generation!

Then humans are reduced to what most now consider aliens! They are deformed in appearance and very highly technologically advanced beings. Beings that have no future! That is why they now come back through time! To when THE END started!

First of all, this is an assumption that mankind is hell bent on destroying itself and we would without God's intervention. However, the bible is very clear that mankind has a glorious future. The bible is also clear there will be a WWIII just before Christ returns to earth. It is actually His return that stops the people of the world of that time from completely annihilating themselves.

Notice what this UFO page and many other UFO pages are doing. They are promoting New Age philosophies under the guise of "research". Eph. 6:12 states, For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against Spiritual wickedness in high places.

The Bible is very clear that God became man when Jesus was born. Jesus is God. John 14:9 has Jesus talking to Phillip and Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Shew us the Father?

Sollog is a self proclaimed pyschic. At his website www.sollog.com he lists "The 9 lies you've been fed!" What is Lie #9 according to Sollog? Jesus is God. Sollog is denying the deity of Christ. What does the bible say about such people? In John 4:1-3 we read 1 Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world. 2 Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God: 3 And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world. According to the biblical standard, Sollog is a false prophet. He does not get his information from God. It comes from Satan. What is the connection between UFOs and psychics? Both are deceivers.
