-------Chrislam-------

What is Chrislam? It is a movement in which the adherents believe that the Bible of Christianity and the Qur'an of Islam are both divinely inspired texts. This movement thinks Muslims and Christians can worship together in the same services because they believe the God of Islam and the God of Christianity is the same.

Any good student who studied both documents would realize there are big differences in the two books and one is definitely not compatible with the other. For example, the Qur'an has verses that instruct its followers to execute Jews or Christians if they cannot be converted to Islam.

The Jesus of Islam is just one of many prophets doing the will of Allah. According to Islamic teaching, their Jesus is going to return to Earth and say the Christians had it all wrong and will convert all Christians to Islam. Those who fail to convert, will be killed.

The Jesus of Christianity states that no one can see God the Father unless they believe and trust in Jesus with the focus of that trust on the Cross of Calvary. There is no Cross in Islam.

Christianity believes Jesus is God and part of a triune being consisting of God the father, God the son and God the Holy Spriit. One being consisting of three parts just as man is one being consisting of three parts: body, soul, and spirit. Islam denies this saying Allah is just one not three persons.

Christianity believes Jesus will return to Earth and set up a kingdom in which only people who have trusted in His atoning sacrifice for sin that took place on the Cross at Calvary will be allowed in.

Chrislam is just another step mankind is taking on its inevitable road to worshiping the Antichrist. Chrislam is part of a world movement that strives to unite all religions, which will happen as the scripture states, "4 And they worshiped the dragon which gave power unto the beast: and they worshiped the beast, saying , Who is like unto the beast? who is able to make war with him? " Rev. 13:4

The beast is the Antichrist. His power comes from the dragon which is another name for Satan. Since all the world is working to unite all religions for the sake of "peace", we know from scripture this will ultimately end with all the world worshiping the beast. We can discern from scripture that Satan is behind this movement. Chrislam is being engineered by Satan himself.

The church of the last days is the Laodicean church. Laodicea means "the will of the people". Chrislam would be a nice fit for the Laodicean church because it is born from the will of people. God's will had nothing to do with it except for allowing it to happen. The Laodicean church has a "form of Godliness but denies its power". Jesus is on the outside of this church asking to be let in but the church is ignoring the knocking. This is what Chrislam is. People practicing religion but never letting God's power in. They have a form of Godliness but no Godly power.

It is interesting that a study of Ezekiel 38 and 39 has the Antichrist (Gog) leading armies from countries that are currently Islamic on an all out assault on Israel.

Many modern churches believe that the promises that were given to Israel have been transferred to the church because of Israel's refusal to accept Christ. This is called replacement theology. These same churches side with Muslims who believe Israel is the cause of all the turmoil in the world and believe the world would be better off without the Jews. These so called churches are being led astray by the the deceitful one called Satan.

God has made promises to both the Church and to Israel. God always keeps His promises. Scripture is very clear that God Himself will destroy any nation that tries to destroy Israel. When any religion delcares war on Israel, they are really declaring war on God.

Satan wants Israel destroyed. Chrislam fits right into his plans. More recently there have been efforts to translate Bibles into a more "Muslim Friendly" Bible. How is this being done? All references to the Son of God are being removed or replaced by the phrase "Allah".

A Muslim friendly Bible? Christians attending Sunday School with Muslims? Heaven help us.

Jesus gives the world a stern warning about changing His word in Revelation 22, "18 For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book: 19 And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book."

Muslims call Jews and Christians "People of the book" referring to the fact we follow the Bible. On that I can proudly say that I am a "person of the book". The fact is, Islam borrows heavily from the Old Testament. We can truly say Muslims are "people of the twisted book".
